Mr. Carter’s extensive personal injury and tort law practice dates back to the 1990s when he worked for personal injury law firms in both Louisiana and Texas. He received a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in 2009 from the U.S. Army’s JAG School. In 2017, Mr. Carter published an article in the Louisiana Bar Journal educating Louisiana attorneys on how to best represent the interests of military members and families. He retired from active duty having earned the rank of Colonel.

In 2019, Mr. Carter joined Daniel P. Parker and Kevin D. Alexander at Parker Alexander, LLC. His practice focuses primarily on fighting for the legal rights of clients who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury cases.
