Calhoun, LA – 17-Year-Old Killed in Crash on LA-151

Calhoun, LA (November 30, 2022) – A 17-year-old male has died as a result of a traffic accident that occurred on Saturday in Calhoun. On November 19, the Louisiana State Police responded to a crash on Louisiana State Highway 151.

At around 11 a.m., a 17-year-old male from heroes, Louisiana, was driving a 2003 Ford Ranger south on the highway when his vehicle became involved in a collision. The impact of the crash caused the Ford to overturn.

The teen suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash. The Ouachita Parish Coroner’s Office responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased. A juvenile was also injured in the crash and was rushed to an area hospital for medical care.

Troop F with the Louisiana State Police is currently investigating the incident.
