Man, 63, Dies in Calhoun, LA House Fire on Luebenia Rd

Calhoun, LA (September 24, 2026) – A 63-year-old man died Wednesday, September 23, after a house fire on Luebenia Road. The fire was reported at about 4 p.m., and the Ouachita Parish Fire Department responded.

State Fire Marshal investigators said the fire started near the center of the home. No other information about how the fire began has been released.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
