Monroe, LA – Accident with Injuries on US-165 near Finks Hideaway Rd
Monroe, LA (December 23, 2023) – On December 19, emergency crews were summoned to provide help at the scene of an automobile accident that occurred in Monroe. Calls for assistance came in at approximately 11:30 a.m. on December 19.
Law enforcement reports indicate that the left lane of travel on US Highway 165 North was blocked near Frinks Hideaway Road as a result of a motor vehicle collision. The accident caused some disruptions in the area as the police and firefighters worked to clear the scene. At least one of the people involved in the crash sustained injuries that required medical attention. The victim was transported to a local hospital for further care. The crash is currently being investigated.
