West Monroe, LA (March 24, 2024) – A fatal motor vehicle accident reported on Saturday claimed one person’s life. The West Monroe Police Department and area fight fighters were notified of the accident on March 23.
According to official reports, two vehicles collided on Well Road in West Monroe. Authorities arrived at the scene and immediately secured the roadway. One person involved in the accident was fatally injured and pronounced dead at the scene. Multiple people were injured. The victims were treated on-site by EMS and transported to area hospitals. At this time, the accident is under investigation.
